Fabricated in a soft brushed mid weight plain weave100% cotton

Trimmed in satin ribbons and cluny lace

The perfect blend of Mexican wedding dress and a boho cottage core aesthetic

Fitted bodice with a low neckline

Raised empire waist

Inset lace trim is unbacked (see through)

Voluminous full length sleeves finish into a close fitting cuff with 5 satin buttons fastening through loops

Fastens down center back with an Ideal coil zipper and a hook an eye at the top

2 1/4” blind hem

Maker: Georgia Charuhas. Chicago born designer and artist who moved to Mexico in the 1960s and according to Charuhas, fell into her dressmaking business by accident in the 70s after friends began asking her to make them dresses similar to the ones she had made for herself. Manufactured in Merida in Yucatan, her dresses would eventually be carried by stores including Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Bonwit Teller and Harrod’s.
