Fabricated in a diaphanous China silk and trimmed in Alencon lace with tiny rosettes embellishing the outer edge
Silk ribbons hang from the shoulder in loose bows flowing freely over the arm.
French finished seams
Belt loops present, but the original belt was missing. I will ship with the 1940s silk satin ribbon shown in photos
